Project Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Project Engineer to manage and coordinate project execution in the UAE. The role oversees technical activities, site coordination, stakeholder management, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract documents.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Monitor project progress, risks, delays, and execution activities.
• Manage RFIs, technical queries, material submittals, inspections, and shop drawings.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC, HSE, and project standards.
• Support procurement, testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover.
• Prepare progress reports and attend project meetings.
• Track site variations, changes, and technical issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–10+ years of UAE project engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of drawings, site execution, QA/QC, and project coordination.
• Experience working with contractors, consultants, and fast‑track projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
• MS Project or Primavera P6 knowledge is an advantage.
• PMP certification is a plus.
