Project Engineer – Marble (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer – Marble to lead stone installation projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle from planning and design review to on‑site execution and handover, ensuring quality, safety and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise marble and natural stone installation works.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs and shop drawings before execution.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, contractors and subcontractors.
• Prepare project schedules, monitor progress and report daily, weekly and monthly updates.
• Supervise material delivery, installation and finishing activities on site.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards and HSE regulations.
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams for timely material availability.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support during execution.
• Monitor project costs, assist in budget control and manage handover, snagging and final approvals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marble, granite, stone or interior fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of marble fabrication, installation techniques and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, BOQs and technical specifications.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Excellent communication, planning and problem‑solving abilities.
