About the role
Revive Building Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to lead high‑end residential renovation and fit‑out projects in Dubai. You will oversee projects from mobilization through handover, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Manage projects from mobilization through handover
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Monitor schedules, progress, quality, and costs
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Coordinate civil, architectural, and MEP works
- Provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 2–3 years UAE construction, renovation or fit‑out experience
- Residential renovation and villa experience preferred
- Strong site management, communication and problem‑solving skills
- Valid UAE driving licence
