Project Engineer – Water & Wastewater Treatment

About the role

Gradiant is seeking a Project Engineer to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of water and wastewater treatment projects in Dubai. The role combines technical engineering expertise with strong project management to ensure projects meet specifications, budgets, and schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned projects from inception to completion.
• Develop detailed project schedules by analysing plans, specifications and time requirements.
• Maintain and update schedules, resolve issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure engineering documents and deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Review designs, specifications and control changes to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with vendors and purchasing to define equipment specifications, material take‑offs and expedite deliveries.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong technical, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external suppliers.
