Project Management Engineer

About the role

The Project Management Engineer will support the execution of electrical and electromechanical projects for alfanar Electric. The role focuses on coordinating documentation, assisting with planning and scheduling, and ensuring effective communication across internal teams to meet project milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Review and organize project hand‑over documentation received from sales.
• Coordinate with design, procurement and scheduling departments to support project reviews.
• Track basic project risks, update risk registers and escalate issues to senior engineers or the project manager.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring key milestone dates.
• Support Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) preparation, factory delivery schedules and customer communications regarding documentation or testing.
• Follow up on documentation required for invoicing and financial approvals.
• Provide general administrative and logistical support to the project execution team.

Required profile

• Ability to obtain and apply updated soft and technical skills related to project management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication with internal teams and external customers.
