Project Management Specialist – Commercial Projects

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Project Management Specialist to drive strategic commercial projects across EDGE Group. The role will oversee initiatives from concept to delivery, ensuring they meet timeline, budget and quality expectations while supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and hand over strategic projects and business initiatives.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, resource schedules and governance frameworks.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies and issues, aligning outcomes with organisational objectives.
• Prepare regular updates, presentations and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Create business cases, investment proposals and cost‑benefit analyses to inform decision‑making.
• Assess commercial risks and opportunities, recommending actions to maximise value.
• Coordinate activities across Finance, Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Commercial and operational teams.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Maintain project documentation, governance records and performance reporting throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify and implement improvements to project management processes and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Project Management or a related field.
• Relevant project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Proven experience managing complex projects with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to develop business cases.
