Project Manager – Bridge Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will lead and deliver complex bridge maintenance projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to execute projects efficiently and effectively.
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management and clients.
• Analyze project performance metrics and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry standards.
• Negotiate with vendors and contractors to optimise resources and costs.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Conduct post‑project evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 20+ years of experience in bridge construction management or project management.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies; PMP certification preferred.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
• Arabic speaking preferred for client coordination.
• Proven experience with RTA bridge projects or civil structure maintenance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency with Primavera or similar scheduling tools.
