Project Manager - Business Process Re-engineering

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic transformation and process improvement initiatives within a leading financial services environment in Abu Dhabi. The role will oversee end‑to‑end delivery of medium to large‑scale programmes, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop future‑state operating models, value‑stream maps and detailed implementation plans.
• Lead project planning, governance, stakeholder management and benefit realization using Agile, Lean Six Sigma and BPR methodologies.
• Manage cross‑functional programmes that address regulatory compliance, operational improvements and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor project KPIs, conduct post‑implementation reviews and report progress to senior leadership.
• Identify, track and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies and resource constraints.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of project management experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale transformation or regulatory programmes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Quality Management, Finance or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
