Project Manager – Construction (Fit‑out)

About the role

Transguard Workforce Solutions is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead commercial fit‑out projects for a prominent client in Dubai. The role reports to the COO and supports the bank’s operating functions across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage fit‑out projects from initiation through handover, covering planning, design coordination, procurement, execution and close‑out.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, IT, Security) and external partners (contractors, consultants, suppliers) to ensure seamless delivery.
• Develop and track project plans, budgets and timelines, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
• Monitor site activities for progress, quality, safety and risk, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Provide regular project updates and dashboards to senior management and promptly escalate issues.
• Lead project and facilities teams in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain all project documentation, including contracts, agreements and approvals.
• Oversee financial reporting, budget approvals, cash‑flow monitoring and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with internal approval workflows, audit requirements and reporting obligations.
• Implement and monitor energy‑efficiency and sustainability measures across premises.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial fit‑out projects within the construction and real‑estate industry.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, regulations and project approval processes.
