Project Manager – Construction & MEP Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of building, MEP and technical service projects for DEC Perfect Building Contracting in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, suppliers and external stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections, progress reviews and risk assessments.
• Manage logistics, material expediting and inventory to avoid delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Prepare status reports, maintain project documentation and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in construction, building contracting or MEP projects, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP) is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
