Project Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of marble, granite and tile projects for residential, commercial and industrial clients in Sharjah. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure high‑quality delivery for our valued customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and resource allocations for each assignment.
• Monitor progress against milestones, adjust schedules as needed, and report status to stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, control costs and ensure financial targets are met.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and internal departments to secure materials and services.
• Implement quality‑control procedures and address any risks or issues that arise.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, suppliers and senior management throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven project‑management experience, including planning, scheduling, risk assessment and resource allocation.
• Strong ability to coordinate vendors, contractors and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing budgets and driving cost‑efficiency.
• Leadership, organisational and multitasking capabilities.
• Familiarity with the construction and building‑materials sector, especially marble, granite and tiles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management or a related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
