Project Manager & Data Analyst, Global

About the role

As the analytical backbone of Kempinski’s Digital Strategy & Web department, you will turn complex digital performance data into actionable insights and ensure seamless execution of cross‑functional projects that drive commercial results worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Create and monitor global digital timelines in partnership with digital leadership, ensuring projects meet deadlines and strategic goals.
• Coordinate digital initiatives across Revenue Management, Marketing, IT, and hotel operations, tracking deliverables, dependencies and milestones.
• Serve as the central communication hub, keeping regional teams and commercial departments aligned on project status and outcomes.
• Design and deliver regular performance updates for the Global Digital & Ecommerce teams and senior commercial stakeholders.
• Enhance visibility of quarterly and yearly objectives within the department and to external partners.
• Produce executive‑ready reporting that translates data into clear business narratives.

Required profile

• Minimum 48 months (4 years) of experience in project management and data analysis, preferably within a digital or hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cross‑functional projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience presenting insights to senior leadership.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a passion for turning data into strategic recommendations.
