Project Manager (Digital Assets)

About the role

Join a leading digital bank in the UAE and lead projects within the fast‑growing Digital Assets space. This hands‑on position combines end‑to‑end project management with Business Analysis responsibilities, offering valuable international and Middle‑East banking exposure. Candidates from across Asia‑Pacific and the Middle East are encouraged to apply, with Mandarin proficiency required for the client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver projects while managing timelines, scope and budgets.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
• Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation plans and keep senior management informed.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, scope statements and status reports.
• Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder discussions and project reviews.
• Conduct hands‑on Business Analysis activities such as requirements gathering, process analysis and documentation.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial tracking for projects.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in Project Management or related roles.
• Proven experience in Digital Assets, Blockchain, Crypto or related FinTech environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Comfortable handling both PM and BA responsibilities in a fast‑paced setting.
