Project Manager – Drone Operations

About the role

Microavia is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a client‑based drone operations project in Dubai. You will oversee the full service delivery cycle, from R&D customization to production deployment, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, procurement, and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day project operations and ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate project timelines with procurement and production requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with the client and provide updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with project standards and oversee logistics for drone transportation, maintenance, and readiness.
• Monitor project KPIs, prepare weekly reports, and escalate operational or technical issues.
• Collaborate closely with technical and engineering teams on customization tasks and maintenance.

Required profile

• Experienced Project Manager with a background in drone or aviation technology projects.
• Strong coordination and communication skills to liaise between clients and internal teams.
• Ability to monitor KPIs and produce regular status reports.
