Project Manager – Drone Operations Project

About the role

Microavia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a client‑based drone operations project. You will oversee the full service delivery cycle, from R&D customization coordination to production deployment, ensuring seamless communication between the client and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day project operations and ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate project timelines with procurement and production requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with the client and provide updates to management.
• Ensure all operations comply with project standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee logistics related to drone transportation, maintenance, and readiness.
• Monitor project KPIs, prepare weekly reports, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with technical and engineering teams on customization, firmware updates, and performance optimization.
• Manage documentation and permits required for flights and site access.
• Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and professional execution.

Required profile

• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is mandatory.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in aviation, technology, or field operations.
• Solid understanding of drone technology or willingness to quickly learn operational aspects.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities to manage multiple stakeholders.
