Project Manager – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from planning through completion for our client in Dubai. The role involves coordinating internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate projects from initiation to successful completion.
• Develop schedules, milestones, resource plans, and delivery priorities.
• Monitor progress, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation and corrective actions.
• Track performance and prepare regular progress reports.
• Ensure activities meet quality, safety, contractual, and operational requirements.
• Lead project meetings and resolve execution issues promptly.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage projects across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Strong planning, budgeting, and risk management capabilities.
• Effective stakeholder coordination with clients, teams, vendors, and leadership.
• Relevant bachelor's degree; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
