Project Manager – eHealth Solutions

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of eHealth national solutions. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure alignment with international project management standards, and drive successful implementation of clinical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate project scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks.
• Develop work breakdown structures, comprehensive project plans, and timelines.
• Manage day‑to‑day activities throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders at all levels.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues.
• Produce reports and dashboards to track project performance.
• Facilitate project logistics, including meetings, conference rooms, and calls.
• Record meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up on deliverables.
• Assist in preparing presentations and gathering relevant project information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical or Paramedical fields.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in project management.
• Proven experience implementing EMR, LIS, pharmacy, radiology, and other clinical systems.
• Familiarity with national health information exchange, electronic prescribing, and pharmaceutical supply‑chain management is a plus.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and managing resources, time, and budget.
• Healthcare technology project management background.
• Knowledge of PMP, Prince2, or similar international methodologies.
