Project Manager Emergency Services & Resilience

About the role

Jaheziya is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead Emergency Services & Resilience (ESR) projects and contracts across the United Arab Emirates. The role will be responsible for mobilising resources, ensuring operational readiness and delivering projects on time, within budget and to client‑specified performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive projects from mobilisation through go‑live and ongoing operations.
• Coordinate workforce, training, facilities, fleet, equipment and other mobilisation requirements.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, issues and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for clients and project stakeholders.
• Monitor contractual obligations, KPIs and service level agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare regular project performance reports and management updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project, contract or operations management, including at least 3 years managing complex service‑delivery projects or contracts.
• Experience with 24/7 operational services, preferably in emergency services, fire & rescue, defence, critical infrastructure, industrial operations or public safety.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Strong client, project, budget, risk and stakeholder management capabilities.
• UAE/GCC experience is highly desirable.
• Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or APM is preferred.
