Project Manager – Events Production

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead small to medium‑size events from concept to completion in Al Khatim, Abu Dhabi. You will work closely with the sales team and senior management, gaining experience to progress toward a Senior Project Manager position.

Key responsibilities

• Take over assigned jobs from Sales, develop specifications, equipment lists, crew plans and schedules.
• Build and manage the event budget.
• Issue the Call Sheet at least 48 hours before the event start time.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse for preparation and any sub‑rental requirements.
• Book freelance crew from the approved roster.
• Be on‑site for load‑in, show execution and load‑out.
• Lead post‑event debrief, reconcile costs and raise the invoice.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in AVL or event production, with project coordination responsibilities.
• Strong organisational habits and consistent use of rental and calendar systems.
• Comfortable interacting directly with clients.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
