Project Manager Fire Protection Systems

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of industrial fire protection projects in Dubai. The role bridges engineering, procurement and client teams to ensure safe, compliant and on‑time project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of fire protection system projects, from planning through commissioning and handover.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and budgets aligned with client and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement and on‑site installation personnel.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, resolving technical and logistical issues promptly.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing progress updates and managing change requests.
• Secure and manage all necessary permits, certifications and documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality, timely delivery and overall project performance.
