About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of ultra‑luxury residential fit‑out projects. This full‑time, site‑based position requires strong engineering knowledge and proven ability to manage high‑end villa developments from inception to handover while ensuring the highest quality standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
- 8‑12 years of project management experience in luxury residential, high‑end villa or premium hospitality developments.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex fit‑out projects, coordinating contractors, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
- Proven ability to work with high‑profile clients in demanding project environments.
- Strong leadership, planning and problem‑solving capabilities.
