Project Manager – High‑Rise Construction

About the role

We are Azizi, a leading Dubai‑based developer, expanding our onsite supervision team. As a Project Manager you will lead the delivery of high‑rise tower construction projects from planning through hand‑over, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all phases of high‑rise construction projects, managing scope, budget, quality and schedule.
• Supervise Resident Engineers, Project Engineers, Inspectors and multidisciplinary supervision teams.
• Monitor contractor performance against approved drawings, specifications and contractual requirements.
• Review and approve project schedules, method statements, material submittals, shop drawings and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, authorities and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections to track progress, quality, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Identify risks, technical issues and potential delays, and implement mitigation measures.
• Chair progress meetings and prepare status reports for senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defense, DEWA and other relevant authorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience with a consultant/supervision firm on high‑rise projects in Dubai.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE construction practices, local authority regulations and contractual requirements.
• Strong ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent problem‑solving and risk‑management capabilities.
