Project Manager ID - Site

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Site to lead large‑scale infrastructure and site development projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing projects from inception through delivery, ensuring they meet time, budget and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex site development projects from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgets using industry‑standard methodologies.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors and local authorities.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai building codes, regulations and safety standards.
• Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor team members to foster a high‑performance project management culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in infrastructure or construction.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale site projects.
