Project Manager (Infrastructure Design)

About the role

Parsons is looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of medium to large infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for ensuring projects meet client requirements, contractual obligations, and company standards while fostering a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution and delivery of infrastructure projects, defining scope, budgets, schedules and resource plans.
• Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact, ensuring expectations and deliverables are met.
• Monitor project performance, resources, budgets and timelines, applying corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, vendors and procurement activities for efficient project delivery.
• Lead staffing, team development, performance management and mentoring of direct reports.
• Oversee project controls including risk, change and recovery strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing medium to large infrastructure projects, preferably in the Middle East.
• Strong understanding of contractual obligations, health and safety standards and quality requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams.
