Project Manager – Infrastructure Design

About the role

Parsons is looking for a Project Manager to lead infrastructure design projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing medium to large‑scale projects from concept through delivery, ensuring they meet client expectations, contractual obligations and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project scope, budgets, schedules and resource plans.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and vendors to achieve safe, on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, handling requirements, expectations and deliverables.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Lead staffing, team development, performance management and mentoring of direct reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, security and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, change control and contract variations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing medium to large infrastructure projects.
• Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships.
• Excellent organizational and risk‑management skills.
• Capability to work under contractual and regulatory constraints.
