Project Manager (Infrastructure Design)

About the role

Parsons is looking for a Project Manager to lead infrastructure design projects in Abu Dhabi. The role reports to the Senior Project Manager or Project Director and is responsible for delivering medium to large‑scale projects safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of infrastructure projects, defining scope, budgets, schedules and resource plans.
• Act as the primary client contact, ensuring expectations and deliverables are met.
• Monitor project performance, budgets and timelines, applying corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, vendors and procurement activities.
• Manage project staffing, team development, performance reviews and mentoring of direct reports.
• Oversee project controls including risk, change and recovery management.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company procedures and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience managing medium to large infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Strong track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule and within budget.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience in budgeting, scheduling, risk and change management.
