Project Manager – Interior Fit‑Out

About the role

Arco Interiors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead interior fit‑out projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle from planning to handover while ensuring quality, safety, budget and schedule compliance. Immediate joiners based in the UAE are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Manage interior fit‑out projects from initiation through successful completion.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources and site activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress, budgets and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations and company standards.
• Resolve project challenges and maintain effective stakeholder communication.
• Prepare project reports and provide regular progress updates to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in interior fit‑out projects.
• Strong project management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem‑solving skills.
• Currently residing in the UAE and able to join immediately.
• Willingness to relocate to or work in Abu Dhabi.
