Project Manager – ITMAM (Banking)

About the role

ADCB is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead ITMAM‑related initiatives within its Global Business Services division. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver finance‑focused projects, particularly in the cards and payments domain.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, milestones and deliverables for group or sub‑group initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate project delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Monitor progress, take corrective actions, and keep projects on budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to source external vendors, issue RFPs, and manage vendor performance.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation to meet internal audit standards.
• Conduct project meetings, provide updates, and manage risks and issues.
• Prepare project budgets and track financial performance against targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services, managing finance‑related projects (especially cards projects).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum/Agile certification.
• Strong knowledge of cards & payment vendor management, banking products, core banking systems, and enterprise systems.
• Business relationship management, finance quality control, and operational risk awareness.
