Project Manager

About the role

Mora Modo is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale initiatives across industrial, construction and logistics domains. Based on‑site in Dubai, you will coordinate resources, monitor schedules and budgets, and ensure that every project meets the company’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and control project activities from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and clients to resolve issues and track progress.
• Monitor risks, manage change requests and maintain up‑to‑date documentation and reports.
• Lead regular project meetings and ensure clear communication among all stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and align project work with organisational objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement of project processes and methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or a related field.
• Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP) is an advantage.
• Proven experience managing projects in industrial, construction or logistics environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai, collaborate with diverse teams and handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
