Project Manager – Lifestyle (Fashion, Beauty, Watches & Eyewear)

About the role

We are looking for a highly driven, analytical, and technically capable Project Manager to work closely with the General Manager, Lifestyle. You will own high‑priority initiatives across our Fashion, Beauty, Watches and Eyewear businesses, turning ideas into tangible results.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the GM’s priority projects from planning through execution.
• Manage strategic initiatives such as store‑to‑door, retail, cross‑border, and major brand/distributor partnerships.
• Build detailed project plans with clear owners, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Develop business cases, financial models and analyses to support key decisions.
• Translate business needs into product requirements and collaborate with Product and Technology teams.
• Build AI‑powered prototypes, scripts, dashboards and automations using Python and SQL.
• Prioritise the Lifestyle AI and automation backlog alongside a dedicated engineer.
• Align and manage stakeholders across Commercial, Technology, Operations, Finance and category teams.
• Identify risks, blockers and dependencies and drive them to resolution.
• Track project performance and provide clear updates and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Engineering degree combined with an MBA or equivalent academic and professional background.
• 3–7 years of experience in management consulting, e‑commerce/marketplaces, strategy, operations, product or a similarly analytical and execution‑focused environment.
• Proven ability to take complex, cross‑functional projects from idea to implementation.
• Experience influencing stakeholders without formal reporting authority.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Solid working knowledge of Python and SQL.
