Project Manager – Luxury Villa & Office Fit‑Outs (Dubai)

About the role

This client‑side Project Manager position sits within the Chairman's Office of a leading diversified business group in Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering an exclusive portfolio of luxury villas and premium corporate office fit‑outs, working closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of luxury villa and corporate office projects from concept to completion.
• Manage project approvals with government authorities and statutory bodies.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, designers and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor programme, cost, quality and risk to ensure successful delivery.
• Review designs and technical submissions to maintain project objectives and quality standards.
• Chair project meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement, tender evaluations and contractor performance.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets and governance requirements.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy and support future expansion into larger real‑estate developments.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering high‑end luxury villas, premium office fit‑outs, hospitality or luxury retail projects on client, consultancy or contractor side.
• Recent UAE experience is mandatory.
• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline from a recognised Western university is highly preferred.
• Strong track record managing consultants, contractors, authorities and senior stakeholders independently.
• Excellent understanding of approvals, procurement, contract administration and project delivery.
• Experience in premium, detail‑driven environments where quality and stakeholder management are critical.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with confidence to engage executive leadership.
