Project Manager – MEP

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – MEP to lead and coordinate mechanical, electrical and plumbing projects for a reputable client in the UAE. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and coordinate MEP projects from start to completion.
• Supervise day‑to‑day MEP activities on site and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor progress, resolve technical and coordination issues, and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and safety standards.
• Track manpower, materials, equipment and resources required for execution.
• Maintain project reports, progress updates and documentation.
• Support testing, commissioning, inspection and handover activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in MEP project management.
• Proven experience managing MEP projects; HVAC experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of UAE health and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical documents.
