Project Manager Offshore Island Project

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the full lifecycle of offshore island EPC projects, from initiation through commissioning and close‑out. The role ensures safe, timely, and cost‑effective delivery while aligning with client expectations and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Form the project team, participate in kick‑off meetings and define execution and subcontracting strategies.
• Coordinate with the client Project Manager and internal project management team to set up information systems and communication channels.
• Develop work procedures, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, vendor lists and progress milestones in collaboration with the planning team.
• Manage technical issues, monitor safety, scope, schedule and budget, and report progress to senior management and the client.
• Maintain full P&L accountability and ensure compliance with HSSE standards, quality systems and change‑management processes.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, oversee risk, resources and quality, and drive continuous improvement in execution performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑lifecycle EPC projects in the oil & gas sector.
• Strong accountability for project performance, budget, schedule and safety.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with P&L responsibility and HSSE compliance.
