Project Manager – Oil & Gas EPC

About the role

KBR is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of a high‑value ADNOC project. The role starts in Abu Dhabi and will later involve relocation for the EPC phase outside the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall project execution for a mega‑scale FEED/EPC contract exceeding US$1 billion.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, on‑schedule, and on‑budget delivery.
• Ensure full compliance with ADNOC standards and KBR quality procedures.
• Coordinate with client, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee risk management, cost control, and progress reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 20 years of experience in FEED/EPC execution within the oil & gas sector.
• At least 5 years of experience working in the GCC region.
• 5 + years in a similar senior position on international major oil & gas EPC projects.
• Proven track record handling mega projects valued over US$1 billion.
