Project Manager – Oracle Trade Finance

About the role

Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end Trade Finance implementation projects on Oracle platforms, with a strong focus on Islamic Trade Finance. The role involves coordinating business and technology teams to deliver solutions that meet regulatory, operational and Shariah‑compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle implementation of Trade Finance and Islamic Trade Finance products on Oracle platforms.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks and dependencies while ensuring delivery within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with Oracle implementation teams, vendors, developers, testers and business users throughout design, configuration, development, SIT, UAT, migration and production rollout.
• Oversee data migration, integration, testing, training and go‑live activities, and ensure proper documentation and post‑production support.
• Maintain project governance, status reporting, steering committee updates and stakeholder communications.

Required profile

• 8+ years of IT project management experience, specifically in Trade Finance and Islamic Trade Finance implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance or a related discipline; PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certification preferred.
