Project Manager Roads & Infrastructure

About the role

Parsons is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major roads and transportation infrastructure package in Abu Dhabi. You will work closely with the client, consultants and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Project Director in delivering assigned infrastructure components.
• Develop scope of work and detailed project execution plans.
• Establish, monitor and control project schedules across all disciplines.
• Oversee day‑to‑day execution, including budget tracking, cost control and invoice review.
• Coordinate with authorities, clients, consultants and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.
• Identify risks and opportunities and implement mitigation measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in roads and infrastructure projects within a PMC environment.
• Proven ability to manage projects up to USD 200 million.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and proactive approach.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
