Project Manager - Security Systems

About the role

The Project Manager – Security Systems reports directly to the Senior Project Manager for the GCC region and will be based in Dubai. You will lead a growing team responsible for designing, executing and expanding the security systems business across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the project management team in the design and execution of security system projects.
• Monitor engineering projects, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
• Interact daily with clients to capture requirements and represent them on site.
• Initiate and resolve contractual issues throughout the contract and project phases.
• Prepare progress reports and represent the company in client, quality and HSE meetings.
• Manage client communications, invoicing and payment collection.
• Prepare and submit technical submittals, design drawings and calculations.
• Develop and enforce project quality plans, inspection and test plans.
• Assume full cost‑management responsibility, submit monthly cost reports and handle change orders.
• Ensure key milestones are met and develop corrective plans when delays occur.
• Allocate and manage staff and resources within budget, and provide training and development.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE policies and coordinate with QA/QC and HSE managers.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering security system solutions in the Middle East.
• Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, Data LAN, PAVA and other low‑voltage security systems.
• Ability to manage contracts, budgets, client relationships and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a focus on quality, safety and regulatory compliance.
