Project Manager – Spatial Experiences

About the role

BeWunder is building a talent pool of experienced Project Managers to lead complex spatial experience projects across the Middle East. You will be responsible for delivering turnkey installations such as museums, visitor centres and EXPO pavilions from concept through to hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Lead international projects from planning, scheduling and execution to close‑out.
• Develop and manage master project schedules and monitor quality, cost and deadlines.
• Conduct project reviews, prepare detailed stakeholder reports and ensure compliance with ethics and regulations.
• Participate in tender design, submission and review; negotiate and award subcontractor contracts.
• Collaborate with Crew Management using EasyJob software for resource planning.
• Work with QHSE teams to meet HSE and QAQC requirements on site.
• Maintain a strong client network, secure new growth opportunities and initiate additional projects.

Required profile

• Proven project management or engineering experience on turnkey scenic, fit‑out or AVL projects (e.g., museums, EXPO pavilions).
• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture or a related field is highly desirable.
• Technical understanding of audio, video and lighting systems and control.
• Experience with large‑scale installation technologies and managing substantial budgets.
• Strong industry network in the UAE and KSA (highly desirable).
• Excellent English communication skills and flexibility to meet industry demands.
