Project Manager – System Integration (Electrical)

About the role

Emirates Electrical Engineering is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of electrical system integration projects, including relay and control panels, low‑voltage switchgear, protection and automation equipment for commercial and industrial facilities in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project execution from contract award through commissioning and handover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, budgets and execution strategies.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions to meet milestones, quality, safety and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate engineering activities for relay & control panels, LV switchgear, protection schemes, control wiring and system integration.
• Prepare and hand over technical documentation such as single‑line diagrams, protection philosophies and specifications to the design team.
• Manage project risks, issues and change requests, ensuring compliance with scope and budget.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing electrical engineering projects, preferably in high‑voltage substations or industrial power systems.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients and internal stakeholders.
