Project Manager – Villa Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of large‑scale villa development projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves establishing a robust project management framework, guiding the production of execution plans, and ensuring timely, cost‑effective delivery while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review and approve the Project Execution Plan and master programme.
• Monitor schedule performance, lead delay mitigation strategies and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain a formal risk management process using the BMS risk register.
• Manage relationships with all project stakeholders, including design, site delivery and supervision teams.
• Oversee construction contract programmes, ensuring they are reviewed, approved and updated.
• Control project budget, coordinate with cost consultants and ensure effective cost monitoring.
• Facilitate collaborative problem‑solving with contractors and promote risk‑sharing approaches.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of experience in construction project management, preferably on large residential or villa projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills with a focus on schedule and cost control.
• Fluent English communication skills; based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
