Project Manager – Villas & Interior Fit‑Out (Civil)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead the delivery of luxury villa construction and interior fit‑out projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves hands‑on site leadership, coordinating with authorities, consultants, subcontractors and clients to achieve timely, safe and high‑quality completions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from mobilization to handover and issuance of completion certificates.
• Supervise daily construction and fit‑out activities, ensuring compliance with safety, schedule and budget targets.
• Coordinate structural, civil, finishing and MEP works, including blockwork, waterproofing, flooring, glazing, joinery and decorative finishes.
• Liaise with Abu Dhabi Municipality, ADSSC, TAQA, Etisalat/du and other authorities to obtain approvals and inspections.
• Control commercial aspects: review subcontractor claims, monitor budgets, variations and profitability, and prepare cost‑to‑complete reports.
• Implement QA/QC procedures, manage snagging, and produce weekly progress reports and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience delivering villa construction and interior fit‑out projects to completion.
• Proven ability to work with Abu Dhabi authorities, consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control and project documentation.
