Project Manager – Yas Marina Circuit

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead projects at the Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi. The role involves planning, executing and delivering projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets and scopes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, contractors and consultants to align expectations.
• Monitor deliverables, track progress and proactively mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, industry standards and project specifications.
• Prepare and present status reports to senior management and clients.
• Oversee procurement, resource allocation and subcontractor coordination.
• Provide leadership to the project team, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient execution.
• Implement best practices in project management methodology, quality control and safety.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience, including at least 10 years in project management within the UAE.
• Valid PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational abilities.
