Project Quality Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Project Quality Manager to lead the quality management system for marine and bridge construction projects in Dubai. The role ensures compliance with specifications, client requirements and international standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure alignment with ISO standards.
• Manage all QA/QC activities, including review and approval of quality documentation, inspection reports, material submittals and method statements.
• Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, third‑party inspectors and authorities, and lead internal and external quality audits.
• Monitor construction quality for piling works, marine structures, quay walls, jetties, pontoons, breakwaters, bridges, structural steel and concrete works.
• Investigate non‑conformities, drive corrective and preventive actions, and maintain quality records and testing reports.
• Prepare quality performance reports and support project handover by completing all required documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of construction industry experience, including at least 8 years in a Quality Manager or QA/QC Manager role.
• Proven experience on marine and bridge construction projects, preferably in the GCC/UAE.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is preferred.
