Project Quantity Surveyor – Infrastructure Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our infrastructure maintenance team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on cost management, accurate measurement preparation and budget control throughout the lifecycle of infrastructure maintenance projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse Bills of Quantities (BoQ) for infrastructure maintenance projects with precision.
• Conduct detailed cost estimation, financial forecasting and budget analysis to support project planning.
• Monitor project expenditures, produce regular cost reports for management and stakeholders.
• Manage contract administration, including variations, claims and change orders in line with contract terms.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, local building codes and company procurement practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months of relevant experience in quantity surveying or cost control.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
