Project Sales Engineer – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Project Sales Engineer will drive the growth of Terraco’s project and B2B sales pipeline in Abu Dhabi, targeting construction and renovation projects. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and deliver tailored product solutions that meet project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, consultants and end‑users across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
• Conduct site visits, gather project requirements and propose appropriate product solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations and formal proposals.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure product compliance with project specifications.
• Negotiate contract terms, close sales and achieve profitable outcomes.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, providing after‑sales support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to management.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in construction materials, chemicals, paint or insulation.
• Proven network within the construction industry in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Valid driving licence and ability to travel to sites.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
