Project Sales Executive / Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Project Sales Executive / Engineer to lead HVAC and split‑air‑conditioning projects for our clients in Dubai. The role combines sales expertise with technical knowledge to deliver end‑to‑end solutions, from lead generation to project commissioning.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in HVAC and split A/C projects.
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, project bidding, negotiations, and order closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end‑users.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution, installation, and commissioning.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging HVAC technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years proven experience in project sales of split A/C and HVAC products.
• Valid driving licence (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Required skills

• Strong technical knowledge of air‑conditioning systems, split A/C and HVAC solutions.
