Project Sales Specialist

About the role

You will act as the bridge between Devmark's developer clients and the broker community, ensuring brokers are consistently briefed, engaged and motivated to present our projects to their buyers. This is a senior‑level position requiring a proven track record in the UAE off‑plan market.

Key responsibilities

• Build, activate and maintain a strong network of broker relationships across the UAE.
• Match each broker’s buyer profile with the most relevant Devmark projects.
• Deliver compelling, story‑led project presentations that convey the developer’s vision and investment case.
• Conduct regular outreach to brokers via phone, in‑person meetings and digital channels.
• Own and manage a live broker pipeline, tracking interactions and opportunity status.
• Stay current on market trends, competitor projects and broker sentiment, and share insights with the sales team.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on project launches and broker engagement campaigns.
• Provide regular updates to the Director of Sales on broker activity and pipeline status.

Required profile

• Proven experience in off‑plan real estate sales in the UAE.
• Strong existing broker network and deep knowledge of the UAE luxury off‑plan market.
• Track record of consistent, quantifiable sales performance.
• Additional language skills are a plus given the international broker community.
