Project Specialist – Civil & Electronic Engineering

About the role

We are looking for a Project Specialist to act as the technical bridge between engineering and project management for REMAYA’s military‑grade shooting range projects. The role involves overseeing civil and electronic installations, ensuring they meet scope, quality, budget and schedule requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review project specifications, drawings and client requirements for compliance.
• Evaluate technical proposals and ensure alignment with contractual obligations.
• Coordinate design, procurement, contractors and consultants to resolve technical issues.
• Supervise civil and electronic installation activities, enforcing drawing, quality and safety standards.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and support corrective actions.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain technical documentation, progress reports and as‑built records.
• Prepare stakeholder communications, technical presentations and project reports.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of engineering experience, including at least 3 years in the UAE on multidisciplinary or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil works and electronic systems (control, communication, power).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project.
• Familiarity with PMBOK, Agile or PRINCE2 methodologies; CAPM certification is a plus.
• Experience in technical documentation, reporting and basic budget or procurement support.
• Excellent coordination, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
