Property Acquisition Manager

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Property Acquisition Manager to expand our client base and grow our property investment portfolio. The role involves representing the company, creating and executing effective sales strategies, and driving sustainable financial growth through strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Research new markets and identify customer needs.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote the company's services and anticipate client objectives.
• Prepare sales contracts in compliance with legal guidelines.
• Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, and related documentation.
• Provide after‑sales support and trustworthy feedback.
• Build long‑term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Develop entry‑level staff into effective salespeople.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in holiday homes or real‑estate settings.
• Demonstrated sales track record.
• Experience in customer support.
• Fluency in English; additional language is a plus.
• BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
