About the role
Future Tense, a real‑estate company based in Dubai, is seeking smart and confident Property Agents to join its sales team. The position is full‑time and based in Dubai, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic UAE market and represent the company to prospective clients.

Required profile
- Previous experience in real‑estate sales or outdoor sales of any product or service in the UAE
- Strong communication abilities
- Self‑motivation and a proven track record of sales success
- Excellent negotiation skills

What we offer
- Base salary of 4,000 AED per month
- Commission structure on all sales, with the first one to two months potentially commission‑only, depending on candidate calibre and experience
- Performance‑linked compensation that can increase earnings for driven agents
